The Global Monitoring for Environment and Security and Africa (GMES and Africa) and the Regional Centre for Mapping of Resources for Development (RCMRD), in collaboration with Makerere University, are organising the GMES & Africa Thematic Services Training between 19 -23 June 2023 at RCMRD’s headquarters in Nairobi, Kenya. In addition, the upcoming training offers an opportunity for our various stakeholders to appraise themselves with the multiple services developed by the consortium under the GMES and Africa project.

- Land Degradation Monitoring and Assessment;
- Wetlands Monitoring and Assessment; and
- Open Geographical Regional Reference Vector Database for water and agroecological zonings.
